If more than one panel is installed in the system so that connects with each other by busbars, are called switchboards.
Control and Relay Panel:
Control panel is used to control some relay logic functions depending on the system requirements. Its consists of relays, timers, pushbuttons, etc.
Relay panel is also used in industries to control relay logic and system protection.
These are often used in Sub-stations/ Powerhouses. These control and distribution the AC/DC supplies for relay/ control/ switchgear.
P.F.I Panels:
These are used in industry to improve the system P.F.
Synchronizing Panel:
These are used for parallel operation of two sources i.e. Two Generators/ Transformers/ Gen and Transformer.
ATS Panel:
These typically consist of two breakers, control two sources, its ensure the operation of breakers that only one can be switched on at one time.
PLC Panel:
These are used to control and interconnect PLC Modules.
